We understand that shopping online sometimes results in items that do not exactly meet your expectations. Therefore, we are happy to accept unworn and unwashed attached merchandise for return within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with their hang tags still attached. Some tops come with bra pads, please ensure that you also shipped the bra pads in your returned package. If we find them missing from your returned package, we will charge US$10 for one pair of bra pads. Unfortunately, certain items purchased be-pure.com may not be exchanged.
Please note that customer will be responsible for the returned shipping cost unless the goods are not according to the items you ordered or defective. To initiate a return, please kindly email to email@example.com with your order number and contact information. You should then repack the return goods in a secure carton along please fill out the “return slip” that you received in your package and ship it back to our return address below:

All returned items will be inspected and Pure Apparel reserve the final judgement on acceptance of returned items.
All returned items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery, if Pure Apparel does not receive that package within 30 days your case may be dismissed. We encourage customers to send any shipping confirmation or tracking number to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
Any items purchased with discount or as part of a promotion cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
RETURN OF FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers. If customer receives an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by emailing our Customer Service team at email@example.com along with your order number.
Please ensure that all garment tags remain attached, as removal will call into question whether the item was actually used and damaged at that time.
We will inspect the returned item and if repair is not possible or appropriate we will issue a replacement or refund. We will bear all reasonable shipping costs to return the faulty or damaged items and to deliver replacements if applicable.
